- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us at Info@Tactical-Aim.com with your order details, including proof of purchase and the reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item directly to the manufacturer or supplier.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed upon confirmation from the manufacturer or supplier that the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items, clearance products, and used gear are not eligible for returns.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are also ineligible.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error by the manufacturer or supplier.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Info@Tactical-Aim.com with photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
Important Note: Returns sent to Tactical Aim directly will not be accepted. All returns must follow the supplier’s return process.
